Intellias is seeking a Product Manager for Pre-Tax benefits capabilities to analyze business, regulatory, and customer Context. You will own and evolve the product vision, define initiatives to close gaps, and track KPIs across HSA, FSA, HRA programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and support release planning while driving adoption and competitiveness in a dynamic, international client environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT industry, including collaboration with international clients.
• 5+ years in business analysis or product management.
• Hands-on experience with Pre-Tax benefits products (HSA, FSA, HRA).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the business, customer, and regulatory context of Pre-Tax benefits products.
• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for assigned Pre-Tax capabilities.
• Identify gaps between current and target state and define initiatives to close gaps.
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics for Pre-Tax journeys.
• Use customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to support prioritization.
• Contribute to product strategy to improve adoption and competitiveness of Pre-Tax offerings.
• Define and manage solution scope, document requirements, and manage conflicts.
• Plan communications with stakeholders and support release planning.
