Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Integration Builder, a product that enables customers to create, test, deploy and manage integrations on our Integration Platform.

You will collaborate with the teams behind the Integration Platform and the shared developer experience to deliver a world-class integration authoring experience, while guiding strategy from customer-specific to partner-enabled integrations.

Qualificações

• Experience managing technical software products, platforms or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record delivering complex software with engineering teams.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering and roadmapping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs or developer platforms.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and API-first architecture.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools.
• Familiarity with iPaaS and developer marketplaces.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with technical detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder.
• Define the integration authoring experience from creating and testing integrations through deployment, publishing and lifecycle management.
• Define marketplace capabilities that enable published integrations to be discovered, governed and managed.
• Gather requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects and internal stakeholders and translate them into product capabilities.
• Design workflows enabling rapid development of reliable, production-ready integration connectors.
• Define evolution from customer-specific to partner-developed and publicly available integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX and AI teams to deliver a great development experience.
• Develop product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business strategy and engineering effort.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with trends in APIs, integration technologies, developer tooling and AI-assisted development.
