You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Intermedia's UCaaS & CCaaS products, with a specific emphasis on harnessing the power of AI and data to deliver transformative insights and capabilities to our enterprise customers, carriers, and vertical markets. Your deep understanding of communication data and its potential will be instrumental in defining our product roadmap and vision. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to develop AI-powered tools that leverage voice, chat, SMS, email and other communication data, enabling our customers to unlock new levels of efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. As Intermedia's solutions evolve to meet the complex needs of large, multi-location customers, your expertise in data analytics and AI will guide the development of intelligent features that cater to specific verticals and use cases. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in driving our AI & Data strategy, expanding our market share, and solidifying our position as an innovator in the UCaaS space.

Other product management responsibilities will include tracking and driving the business, understanding the dynamics of our products through metrics, tracking and addressing customer satisfaction and usability feedback, as well as tracking and reacting to competitive market dynamics. As part of the product team, your experiences will also help provide input into what other related product roadmaps should consider in their plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a prioritized product roadmap of AI & Data solutions that leverage UCaaS/CCaaS data to expand into new markets and segments.
• Be the subject matter expert on AI & Data projects, providing detailed information and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management leadership to integrate AI & Data projects into the broader product roadmap, providing justification based on business opportunities, competitive landscape, customer satisfaction, and other relevant factors.
• Work closely with globally dispersed project and development teams to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions on time.
• Stay abreast of competitive AI & Data solutions in the UCaaS and communication space, using that information to identify opportunities and address any competitive gaps.
• Provide support for sales teams by showcasing the value and capabilities of AI & Data solutions to help win deals.
• Work with marketing and training teams to develop materials and programs that effectively communicate the benefits and functionality of AI & Data solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a collaborative and positive team player who fosters strong working relationships and serves as a valuable resource for the company. Work closely with other product managers to align priorities and ensure seamless integration of AI & Data solutions into the overall product suite.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, AI/ML technologies, and their application in the communication and collaboration space.
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques and AI/ML algorithms, with a focus on extracting insights from communication data (UCaaS, CCaaS, email) to address the needs of customers.
• Proven ability to prioritize, define, and own projects from conception to completion, collaborating effectively with development, data science, and project management teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong initiative to drive projects forward and achieve success.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player.
• Competitive mindset and a passion for leveraging AI & Data to create innovative solutions that give Intermedia a distinct advantage in the market.
