WizardingCode in Portugal seeks an experienced UI/UX designer to shape screens where people and agents collaborate, from the command center to reviews and reports. You’ll join client workshops, translate insights into clear flows, and partner with engineers to build a robust design system in Figma and code.

Bring 4+ years designing dense, production-grade B2B software, a strong portfolio, and excellent written English. Portuguese is a plus; HTML/CSS or Vue/Tailwind skills are a nice to have.

Qualificações

• 4+ years designing B2B software or internal tools.
• Portfolio shows problem, trade-offs, and results.
• Comfort with dense interfaces: tables, filters, states, errors.
• Clear written English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Collaborate with engineers to estimate component costs.

Responsabilidades

• Design the command center, review queues and approval flows our clients use daily.
• Join client workshops and translate observations into usable flows.
• Make agent work readable: what happened, why, how sure, and what it saved.
• Build and maintain our design system with engineers, in Figma and in code.
• Observe users post-launch and bring back what to change.
