WizardingCode is looking for a product designer to shape the screens where people and agents work together. You’ll design the command center, review queues, approvals, and reports, partnering with engineers from workshops to shipping.

You’ll join client workshops, translate observations into flows, and make agent work readable—showing what happened, why, how certain, and what it saved. A strong portfolio and fluency in written English are essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 4+ years designing B2B software or internal tools used daily.
• Portfolio showing problem, trade-offs, and results.
• Comfort with dense interfaces: tables, filters, states, errors and empty screens.
• Work side by side with engineers; understand component cost to build.
• Clear written English; Portuguese a plus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Design the command center, review queues and approval flows our clients use every day.
• Join client workshops and turn what you see into flows people can follow on a busy Monday.
• Make agent work readable: what it did, why, how sure it was, and what it saved.
• Build and keep our design system with the engineers, in Figma and in code.
• Watch real users after launch and bring back what to change.
