Tangível is seeking Senior UX Designers to shape high-scale digital products with international impact, based in Lisbon with a hybrid work setup.

You will conduct user research, design journeys and prototypes, work closely with Product Owners and developers, contribute actively in Agile environments, and communicate design rationale through compelling stories. A strong portfolio and fluent English are essential, with availability for 2 days on-site per week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design.
• Experience on complex products or corporate environments.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• High attention to detail, from research to specifications.
• Advanced/fluent English, spoken and written.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site).
• Updated portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning, and impact (not just UI).
