Decskill, based in Lisbon, is seeking a UX Designer to craft compelling digital experiences for web and mobile. The role involves user research, prototyping in Figma, and close collaboration with developers and product teams to ensure practical, accessible designs.

You will also weave Power BI visualizations into interfaces to enable data-driven decisions, while promoting WCAG-aligned accessibility and responsive design across projects in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a similar role.
• Strong experience designing user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles, user research, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma with high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

We would like to meet an UX Designer for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating user insights into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, consistency and a seamless implementation.
• Integrate and present Power BI dashboards and data visualizations within user interfaces to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of consistent UX/UI patterns and design standards.
• Work effectively within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other team ceremonies.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a similar role.
• Strong experience designing user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles, user research, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including the creation of high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG, is desirable.
• Experience with data-driven design or Business Intelligence is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
