Wise Pirates seeks a UX designer with 2–4 years of experience designing digital products and websites. You will work across discovery, UX/UI, and design systems, collaborating with front-end, analytics, and CRO teams to deliver measurable improvements.

You should have a portfolio showing reasoning, not only final screens, fluency in Portuguese and solid English, and comfort with AI-assisted design processes. The role is based in Portugal.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Discovery & Research: understand problems before designing.
• UX flows, IA and interaction design for websites, e-commerce and web apps.
• UI design: clear, fast, on-brand interfaces.
• Build and maintain design systems and tokens.
• Collaboration with front-end, analytics, CRO and content.
