Greenvolt Group is seeking a Procurement Analyst Trainee to join the Non-Core Procurement team. This hands-on internship provides exposure to operational processes and cross-functional projects in an international environment.

You will support day-to-day procurement activities, manage purchase requests and supplier follow-ups, and work with SAP to create and monitor POs. The role promotes continuous improvement, data analysis, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in Procurement / Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills, organisation, and proactivity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

What you will do

You will support the Procurement team in day‑to‑day activities, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives:

• Support procurement processes, including purchase requests and supplier follow‑up
• Work with SAP on the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
• Assist in Non-Core categories such as fleet management, travel, and facilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
• Support data analysis, reporting, and tool development (Excel / Power BI)
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
• Participate in meetings, follow‑ups, and supplier communication

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
• Interest in Procurement / Supply Chain;
