Greenvolt Group is seeking a Treasury Specialist to oversee global liquidity, payments and bank reconciliations across multiple entities. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient treasury operations and accurate cash reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance/Economics, at least 3 years of experience, fluent English, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage global liquidity, payments and bank reconciliations across Greenvolt Group entities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure proper payment processing and cross-region coordination.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations using SAP and maintain records.
• Manage intercompany loans and cross-border financing and liquidity needs.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury.
• Assist with external audits related to treasury processes, cash balances and intercompany transactions.

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing global liquidity, payments and bank reconciliations across multiple entities of Greenvolt Group. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the effective management of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payments

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, adhering to the company's internal procedures and external banking regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper payment processing and coordination across regions.

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliations for companies using SAP, ensuring that cash accounts are accurately reflected and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Reconcile transactions and maintain detailed records of all bank statements and transactions in SAP.

Management of Intercompany Loans

• Oversee the management of intercompany loans, ensuring that all loan terms and repayment schedules are followed.
• Monitor and manage cross-border financing and liquidity needs between subsidiaries, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

Month-End and Year-End Closing Support

• Provide key support for month-end and year-end closing activities, particularly with regard to treasury-related accounts and cash reporting.
• Ensure all cash-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled within the closing cycle.

External Audit Support

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of external audits, particularly as they relate to treasury processes, cash balances, and intercompany transactions.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations to external auditors as required.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent;
• Fluency in English, both written and orally (required);
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
• SAP knowledge (required);
• TRM knowledge (as a plus);
• Open-minded, reliable, proactive and team-oriented person;
• Strong communication skills, as well as technical skills;
• At least 3 years of experience.
