Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Support M&A processes, including financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Review transaction documentation with Legal teams.
• Analyze due diligence materials and interact with advisors.
• Manage Q&A and VDR.
• Support Investment Committee and Board presentations.
• Coordinate integration of new companies/assets and monitor investments.
• Assist Management with strategic decisions.
• Participate in preparing and reviewing business plans.
• Conduct market analyses and screen opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A processes, including:
• Preparation and analysis of financial models and valuation exercises;
• Review of transaction documentation in coordination with Legal teams;
• Analysis of due diligence materials and interaction with advisors
• Management of Q&A and VDR.
• Support with Investment Committee and Board presentations;
• Support coordination with internal teams in the integration of new companies/assets and monitoring of ongoing investments;
• Support the Management team in strategic decisions;
• Participate in the preparation and review of business plans;
• Perform market analyses and screening of potential opportunities.

Requirements

• Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics;
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking;
• Relevant track-record in M&A transactions, notably with regards to valuation analysis and due diligence and particularly in the Energy Sector is a plus;
• Experience in financial models preparation and analysis;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment;
• Attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving mindset.
