The role involves market research, negotiation, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of technical assets.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in supplier management, contract negotiation or purchasing strategy.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of the renewables market (BESS a plus).
• Experience with SAP MM is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Solid analytical mindset with market analysis ability.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team. Responsible for sourcing and procuring equipment and solutions critical to energy operations, including solar panels and batteries, this role involves conducting market research, negotiating favourable terms, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of technical assets that support the energy business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate suppliers of equipment and solutions essential for energy operations, including solar panels, batteries, and related technologies
• Issue purchase orders with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and technical specifications
• Negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements to optimise costs and support operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align procurement timelines with project schedules and operational needs
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality, or technical compliance

What we are looking for:

• 3 years of experience in Supplier Management, Contract Negotiation, Purchasing Strategy or similar areas
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the renewables market (BESS is a plus)
• Experience with SAP MM is considered an advantage
• Strong capabilities in sourcing strategies, supplier management and contract negotiation
• Solid analytical mindset, with good market analysis skills
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
