Greenvolt Next in Portugal is seeking a Senior O&M Technician to ensure optimal performance, reliability and availability of utility-scale solar PV assets. You will coordinate maintenance activities and oversee subcontractors, supporting commissioning and serving as the main operations contact for assets and clients.

The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering degree (preferred) and at least 5 years in solar PV O&M, with strong planning, communication and collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, including modules, inverters and associated equipment.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and external partners.

As a Senior O&M Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability and availability of utility‑scale and strategic solar PV assets. You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee subcontractors, support commissioning processes and act as a key operational point of contact for assigned assets and clients.
