Renvolt Energy in Porto is seeking an experienced O&M Bid Manager. You will lead tender activities, analyze RFQs, and define costing structures in collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, at least 5 years in tendering within renewables or O&M, strong financial and data analysis skills, and proficiency with Power BI and Excel. You will drive competitiveness and ensure compliant, high-quality proposals.

Qualificações

• The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree; a Business management degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions with a proven track record in Tendering roles.
• Proven experience within Renewables Industry or BESS.
• Proven experience within O&M services.
• Proven financial awareness and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent proficiency in data analysis, budgeting and P&L management.
• Awareness of different analysis tools (Power BI, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Participate actively to RFQ and tender clarifications ensuring proposals align with customer expectations.
• Challenge technical and commercial inputs with benchmarks, experience and industry standards.
• Lead tender activities from RFP analysis to project handover.
• Support sales managers in improving the commercial strategy to increase competitiveness.
• Lead scope and technical clarifications during contractual negotiations with customers.
• Ensure costing assumptions are updated on a regular basis.
• Update and improve the costing model.
• Support Business Line managers in adapting the organization to increase performance and market share.
• Management of the tender team.
• Interact with a multi-disciplinary team (sales, engineering, procurement, operation managers, contract management) and others such as HR and Finance.
• Comply with Ethic and Compliance policies and manage confidential information.

Renvolt is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic O&M Bid Manager that will, through a deep analysis of the RFQs, comprehensive costing structure definition and a strong collaboration with the sales managers, position the O&M commercial and technical proposal as the best in a competitive environment. The main responsibilities include:

• Participate actively to RFQ and tender clarifications making sure technical and commercial proposals are compliant and in line with customer expectations;

• Lead tender activities from the analysis of the RFP (Request for Proposal) to project handover;
