Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a meticulous Procurement Administrator to support transactional purchasing activities in a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will execute procurement tasks, maintain master data and price lists, review requisitions for compliance, and create/power purchase orders through catalogs and contracts, ensuring timely PO follow-up.

You will collaborate with requisitioners, resolve PO issues, and review invoice discrepancies on our invoice portal, while maintaining proactive

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (S4, R3) or similar ERP systems.
• Procurement administration, accounts payable, or transactional roles.
• Fluent in English for international teams.

• Manage PO follow-up and confirmation process for timely execution.
• Review and approve invoice discrepancies on the Essity portal.
• Maintain proactive communication with manufacturing stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Execute transactional procurement tasks quickly and efficiently;
• Maintain and validate master data and price lists with precision;
• Review the quality of requisitions, ensuring they comply with PR business rules, and collaborate with requisitioners to ensure procurement processes are followed;
• Create and review purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance with established buying channels (catalogs, contracts);
• Be a key player in resolving PO management issues;
• Manage the PO follow-up and confirmation process, ensuring timely execution;
• Review and approve invoice discrepancies on Essity's invoice portal;
• Maintain constant and proactive communication with manufacturing stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

• Experience with SAP (S4, R3) - a plus!;
• Background in procurement administration, accounts payable, or similar administrative/transactional roles;
• Fluent in English - for communication with international teams!

• Hybrid model (3 days in the office + 2 days remote) - perfect balance between work and personal life!;
• Flexible hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Base salary of 1300€, plus meal allowance of 9.60€/day.
