Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support procurement activities across commodities. The role requires handling PRs, creating and tracking POs, and performing operational sourcing with a focus on internal stakeholder service desks.

Ideal candidates will have supply chain or procurement exposure, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. English fluency is essential; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• French, Spanish or German would be a plus.
• Customer-focused with ability to prioritise in emergencies.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs).
• PO creation/update and follow-up of POs.
• Operational sourcing.
• Service Desk activities supporting internal stakeholders.
• Maintenance of info records (catalogues).
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (buyers).
• Use of Airbus ERP systems (SAP) and Coupa.
