Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Purchasing Assistant to manage ordering activities across multiple European locations. You will handle PR reviews, PO updates, and operational sourcing while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Be customer focused and able to prioritise in emergencies.
• Eager to learn new tools and embrace change.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Enjoy a dynamic, multicultural environment with diverse tools and products.
• Show reliability, rigor and concentration at work.
• Digital acumen is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs).
• PO creation / update and follow up of POs.
• Operational Sourcing.
• Service Desk activities for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain information records (catalogues).
• Communicate with suppliers and internal customers.
• Use of SAP ERP systems.
