RED Global is seeking a Process Optimisation Analyst for a contract role. The position is mainly remote with occasional travel to Lisbon, aimed at transforming a major pharmaceutical client’s processes.

Requires 6–8+ years in process optimisation, pharma experience, and proficiency in BPMN 2.0, BPM, RPA, and low-code automation. Ideal candidates hold Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt and have hands-on experience with process mapping and process mining, plus strong stakeholder management and

RED Global is currently recruiting for a Process Optimisation Analyst to join one of our key pharmaceutical clients on a major transformation programme.

This is a contract opportunity. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Lisbon as required.

Key Skills & Experience

• 6-8+ years' experience in Process Optimisation
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt certification
• Process mining experience
• Hands‑on process mapping using BPMN 2.0
• Experience improving cross-functional business processes
• Strong knowledge of BPM, RPA, workflow and low-code automation
• Experience with tools such as Signavio and/or GBTEC Business Information Centre
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
