Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders across organisational levels.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across Process and Analytics Solutions.
• Lead process optimisation and automation projects independently or with the team.
• Assess automation opportunities, including business case development.
• Lead end‑to‑end process re‑engineering, optimisation, and automation initiatives.
• Drive change management activities for business readiness and go‑live.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders at different levels.
• Conduct process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
