You will manage radio updates from internal teams, respond to member messages, and help keep daily operations running smoothly with warm, personalized service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer-service training is a plus.
• Experience in member services, hospitality, dispatch, or operations coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using radio systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
• Strong organization, judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Calm, proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming communication from internal teams via radio; respond to member and staff messages promptly.
• Prioritize and coordinate requests based on urgency, member impact, and operational needs.
• Act as the club's central communication hub; relay information quickly and accurately.
• Dispatch support to internal teams; elevate urgent matters and follow procedures.
• Log, track, and follow up on all communications to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a calm, service-oriented approach during busy or time-sensitive situations.
• Protect member privacy and uphold confidentiality.
