CostaTerra in Comporta, Portugal, is seeking a cheerful Member Services Junior Coordinator to greet members, handle reservations, and keep profiles up to date. You’ll support the front desk, assist with events, and coordinate guest requests with a focus on luxury service.

Ideal candidates have strong English, a high school diploma, and a hospitality mindset. This on-site role offers competitive pay, meal allowances, medical insurance, and staff accommodation if needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Hospitality or communications‑related degree preferred.
• Warm, outgoing, and articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members and guests warmly, greeting them by name on arrival and departure.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and ready to receive members.
• Create and update member profiles, itineraries, reservations, transportation needs, and activity schedules.
• Manage the Member Services inbox, responding to requests promptly and professionally.
• Support check-ins/check-outs for on-property accommodation and provide information about amenities.
• Keep the club app, weekly activity offerings, and member-facing materials up to date.
• Assist with member events, hosting when needed, and helping prepare collateral, invitations, and activity calendars.
• Maintain updated lists of trusted local vendors and services.
• Answer club phone calls and coordinate requests efficiently.
• Prepare daily and evening operational reports.
• Work with Sales to support guest visits and provide property orientation tours.
• Support all Member Services tasks as needed.
