Lyzer is hiring a Principal Backend Engineer to design, build and evolve distributed backend systems. You will operate across architecture decisions and hands-on implementation in a remote-friendly setup, shaping scalable, event-driven services within a microservices architecture.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering standards, and improve performance, observability, and CI/CD across teams, while collaborating with stakeholders in a flexible schedule environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend systems using C# and .NET.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems in production.
