login.works Lisbon Hybrid is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join a product engineering team. You will build modern applications in .NET C#, mentor engineers, and drive technical decisions across teams to raise the engineering bar.

You will lead with technical excellence, deliver high‑quality software, and collaborate across functions while focusing on reliability, SRE standards, and scalable cloud architectures.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years hands-on .NET C# experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers.
• Track record of learning complex architectures and solving difficult problems independently.
• Evidence of driving complex technical decisions with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Write clean, maintainable .NET C# code and deliver high-quality software as part of a team.
• Define and uphold engineering standards, review code, and mentor others.
• Shape technical direction and drive changes across multiple teams.
• Drive reliability and operational excellence, with cloud and containerization focus.
