Qualifications

• Understanding of full development lifecycle (design to deployment).
• Experience building developer frameworks and workflows for easy integration.
• Python experience is a plus (familiarity beneficial).
• Self-motivated with autonomy and ability to deliver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core backend services for high-performance distributed systems.
• Own critical technology decisions, scale systems, optimise output.
• Advocate for modern practices like BDD and TDD where possible.
• Write clear, modern, well-tested code and review peers' work.
