Job summary

BI4ALL in Lisbon is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. You will lead the pre-sales process from lead generation to proposal development, collaborating with sales, marketing, and consulting to translate complex data and analytics capabilities into clear business value.

The ideal candidate has a computing/business background, 5+ years in pre-sales, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or related roles within the technology consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of analytics, big data, data science, AI, data visualization and software engineering.
• Technical understanding of Azure/AWS/GCP data stacks and BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with focus on building client relationships.
• Business acumen and ability to align solutions with client objectives.
• Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Multicultural awareness; experience with diverse teams.
• Excellent Portuguese and English; other languages a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Strategy and Process: Define and optimize the pre-sales process and proposals.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships and understand client needs to demonstrate BI4ALL capabilities.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with teams to design customized solutions and proposals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends and competitors to position BI4ALL.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing for seamless alignment.
