Leadership Business Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions for clients. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to turn business requirements into reliable applications across the full lifecycle.

You will contribute to AI-enabled products, data pipelines and responsible-AI practices while collaborating in workshops, proposals and knowledge transfer. English is required; Portuguese is desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience programming in Python with software engineering best practices.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and deployment.
• Preferably deploying solutions on Azure infrastructure with Azure AI Services.
• Experience with LLMs in application development and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with RAG solution design and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or HuggingFace Transformers.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud environments, containerisation, testing, logging and debugging.
• Awareness of privacy, security and responsible-AI requirements.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; English required; Portuguese desirable; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-enabled applications using generative AI, ML, NLP, document intelligence and automation.
• Develop assistants, copilots, semantic search, and workflow-support solutions.
• Create RAG pipelines with enterprise documents and traceable sources.
• Integrate models with web apps, APIs, databases, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and client systems.
• Write clean, modular production code and participate in code reviews.
• Implement prompts, outputs, validation, and guardrails in AI systems.
• Prepare and transform data for retrieval and application development.
• Assess model accuracy, grounding, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Support secure cloud or hybrid deployment with logging and monitoring.
• Apply privacy-by-design and responsible-AI principles.
• Contribute to reusable components, standards and accelerators.
• Participate in client workshops, proposals and knowledge transfer.
