Job summary

Air Liquide ALEBS Evolution is seeking a PR to PO Specialist to ensure compliance and efficiency across the PR to PO lifecycle, excluding spot buys. You will perform compliance reviews on PRs, support price-related invoice discrepancies, and oversee PO conversions and changes to ensure smooth purchasing flows.

You should have an associate or bachelor degree in Business/Finance, 1–2 years in purchasing, accounts payable, or admin, and hands-on experience with PO processes and ERP tools such as

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support role.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes.
• Experience with PO processes and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance review & checks on PR received.
• Support invoice discrepancies management when linked to price.
• Support overall PR to PO process (except: spot buy) including PO conversion and PO changes.
• Partner with Spot Buy and Support teams to unblock complex requests and deliver a seamless experience for our business stakeholders.
