Responsibilities

• Use defined methods to collect receivables according to internal process and customer segmentation.
• Make arrangements to settle customer accounts and collect amounts due.
• Answer calls from customers and provide necessary documentation; identify and solve issues.
• Transfer claims to relevant departments and communicate necessary information and reconcile reciprocal balances.
• Keep track and follow up on claims and litigations; coordinate resolutions.
