You will deliver high-level technical support for iRobot products via phone, email and chat, resolving hardware and software issues and guiding customers through setup and maintenance.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Portuguese with strong communication skills and a passion for consumer electronics. An EU passport and willingness to relocate are required.
