Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Previous experience in technical support or consumer electronics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical support to German-speaking customers for iRobot consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for automated vacuum and mopping systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and efficient solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex product queries.
• Stay updated on iRobot features and software updates to advise German-speaking users.
