Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Advanced English and native Portuguese skills.
Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
Excellent multi-channel communication skills (phone, email, chat, social).

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service across phone, email, chat and social channels.
Acquire product knowledge to tailor responses to diverse customer needs and regions.
Act as a brand ambassador and uphold client values in all interactions.
Take ownership of inquiries to resolve issues promptly and in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Prioritize customer feedback and feature requests to inform internal teams.
Assist with lead generation, delegation, and timely follow-up of leads.
