The role requires contact center experience and strong communication skills, with a 40-hour work week and rotating shifts from 08:00 to 00:00.

Qualificações

• Education: 12th grade completion, ongoing university studies, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Languages: English minimum B2 level + Portuguese C1 or native.
• Banking knowledge is required.
