Algomarketing Ltd. seeks a highly organized Marketing Operations & Events Specialist to join as an embedded member of a Northern Europe B2B marketing team.

You will own the attendee journey from invitation to post-event follow-up, coordinating guest data, campaigns, and reporting. The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted copy, and multi-market event execution to deliver premium attendee experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in marketing operations and event marketing within a B2B context.
• Ability to manage multi-market guest data, registrations and communications workflows.
• Experience coordinating with PMMs and Sales leads and reporting on campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own guest nomination timelines and ensure attendee data readiness for each wave.
• Manage guest list updates, registration logic, and data accuracy across markets.
• Segment audiences and tailor invitation journeys for each tier (General, VIP, C-Level).
• Lead multi-wave email campaigns, QA, and deployment across channels.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to streamline invitation, reminders, and follow-ups.
