You will document inquiries, escalate when needed, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while using English in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish language skills (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage.
• Patience to communicate and solve issues.

Responsabilités

• Polish-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process.
• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets.
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English.
• Representing the company and upholding values in all interactions.
