NEPSE Trading in Lisbon is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor for a remote, full-time position. You will handle inbound calls and emails, deliver outstanding service, and manage orders and account changes.

The role requires native Polish proficiency, strong English, and a customer-focused mindset. You will join an international team with training, mentoring, and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Native-level proficiency in Polish with excellent written communication skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Experience in cross-selling is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound calls and emails.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle enquiries by phone and email; communicate product information.
• Process orders and manage account changes.
