Tp Portugal is seeking a Transport & Logistics Support Representative to handle customer service via email and phone, serving trucks over 3.5 tons, and responding to drivers and logistics companies nationwide.

You will clarify road-related questions, ensure revenue collection, handle debt communications, and support service sales, contributing to the client’s objectives with a collaborative approach.

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency at C2 level with strong written and spoken skills.
• Good English knowledge (B2) for client communications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• High computer proficiency from end-user perspective.
• Ability to handle confidential or highly sensitive information.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

What you'll do

• Perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (email and phone);
• Be the point of contact for trucks of min 3.5 tons of weight;
• Answer directly to drivers, or transport and logistics companies;
• Clarify questions related to roads from all over the country from your market;
• Ensure revenue collection;
• Debt communication;
• Service sales as applicable;
• Contribute to the achievement of our client's objectives.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Agility in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Ability to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
• Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
