Qualificações

• Native or fluent Polish (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.
• Able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP-style systems.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Porto, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Customer Expert. You will support customers of a motorway and toll-road operator with operational and service enquiries. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone and email.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

What we offer

• Salary: €1,059.32 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €1,318.33 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

Location, hours & start

• Location: Porto, Portugal — on-site
• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts, 40 hours per week
• Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract
• Start: 5 Oct — and we will place you in the next available group
