CloserHire is recruiting for a Road Services Customer Care Specialist in Porto, Portugal, fluent in Polish and English. You will support Polish market customers, assist drivers and logistics companies, and handle toll and revenue inquiries with professionalism.

The role offers relocation support and a Portuguese employment contract with full social security, holidays bonuses, and health insurance. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in transport, logistics, or service industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of handling sensitive customer information with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in both Polish and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable.
• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and revenue goals.
• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems.
