We are seeking a Polish-speaking Operations Customer Expert to join our Porto team, supporting customers of a motorway and toll-road operator. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, delivering accurate answers with the right tools and maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Polish (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.
• Able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP-style systems.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email.
