Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Polish-speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within an assigned territory.

The role focuses on proactive account management, customer engagement, and identifying opportunities through phone, email, and digital channels. You will build strong customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales growth by delivering value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
• Execute 20–30 outbound customer calls per day.
• Conduct regular customer meetings via phone and virtual tools.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and understand buying trends.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support business development activities.
• Provide product, service, and technical support to address customer needs.
