The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years in sales or account management, fluent Polish and English, and authorization to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
• Execute 20-30 outbound customer calls per day.
• Conduct regular customer meetings via phone and virtual tools.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and understand buying trends.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support business development activities.
• Provide product, service, and technical support to address customer needs.
