Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Lisbon office on a full-time, on-site basis. You will serve as the first point of contact for Polish-speaking clients and assist via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

The role requires native or fluent Polish, at least English B2, and a willingness to work a rotational 40-hour week schedule between 07:00 and 21:00.

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency is required (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory; full training provided.

Responsabilidades
