Cross Border Talents is seeking an Advertisers Support specialist (Polish Speaker) to assist SMEs using advertising tools on social media platforms. You will respond to support requests in Polish and English, troubleshoot issues, and guide campaign optimization from a Lisbon-based office.

The role involves 40-hour work weeks with rotating shifts between 06:00 and 24:00, in Portugal. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Polish (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms or digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Responsabilidades

• You will handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English
• You will assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation
• You will offer guidance on campaign optimization and self-service ad tools
• You will convert written support requests into outbound calls when needed to ensure timely resolution
• You will identify common trends and provide feedback to improve the advertiser experience
• You will work with various tools and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
