Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist to support international customers across multiple channels. You will resolve inquiries, guide users through processes, and document interactions accurately in our systems.

Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is necessary. The role offers onsite work with competitive compensation and relocation benefits for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, orders, accounts, payments and deliveries.
• Understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems and follow company procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when needed.
