Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Content Reviewer to uphold quality and safety standards for our e-commerce platform. You will review content, make rational decisions, and apply local market expertise while adhering to policies and service levels.

You will ensure policy compliance, maintain high accuracy, and stay informed about leading e-commerce products and services standards. The role requires native Polish, English at B2 level or higher, on-site work, and flexibility for 24/7

Qualifications

Native-level Polish proficiency.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Ability to make rational decisions with local market knowledge.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible to adapt to policy changes and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
