Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a detail‑oriented Content Reviewer to assess product listings, images, descriptions, and reviews across our e-commerce marketplace. You will ensure content meets platform guidelines, quality requirements, and applicable regulations to maintain a secure, trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers.

You will enforce policies, act on low‑quality or misleading content, collaborate with internal teams, and strive to meet quality, accuracy, and turnaround

Qualifications

Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) language proficiency.
EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Responsibilities

Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content for policy and quality compliance.
Detect and take action on prohibited, deceptive, or low-quality content that could affect user experience.
Apply moderation guidelines consistently with accurate, objective decisions.
Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to protect marketplace integrity.
Escalate complex or high-risk cases per policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support safety, regulatory compliance, and operational goals.
