Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a content quality and safety reviewer for an on-site role in the e-commerce platform. You will leverage your Polish language skills and local market knowledge to ensure policy compliance, content safety, and high standards of quality in reviews.

The role operates on 24/7 rotative shifts with two days off, offering a monthly gross remuneration of €920 paid in 14 instalments plus meal allowance and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
