Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator for on-site work in Lisbon on a 6-month contract supporting the GEC CM project. You will review and moderate online content in a fast-paced BPO environment and rotate 24/7 shifts with relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

The role requires native Polish with strong written and verbal skills and English (B2). The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before.

Qualifications

• Native Polish language with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent English (B2) to collaborate with internal teams and systems.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content for the GEC CM project in Lisbon.
• Work on a 6-month contract with rotating 24/7 shifts and relocation support.
• Pre-screen CVs and confirm mandatory criteria before interviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring processes.
