Intersoft Team SRL in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Polish Content Moderator to review and approve content for an ecommerce platform. This on-site position requires strong Polish language skills and a proactive attitude.

You will ensure compliance with platform policies, safety standards, and SLAs while handling high workloads and peak periods. Training and ongoing coaching accompany a collaborative work environment.

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency and clear written/verbal communication are essential.
• Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance.
• Strong customer service mindset with empathy and good judgment.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and policies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and industry standards.
• Review content according to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and platform policies.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with legal and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to policy updates and scheduling changes following SOPs.
• Escalate issues through proper channels per company protocols.

Position: Polish Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
  
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
  
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
  
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
  
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.
  

Requirements

• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
  
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
  
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
  
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7)
  
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
