Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Polish-speaking content moderator to safeguard e-commerce content for a growing team. You will review posts for safety, quality, and legal compliance, using your market expertise to make quick, well-reasoned moderation decisions.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, with a 24/7 rotating shift pattern and two days off. The role requires fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+), plus strong attention to detail.

Perks & Compensation

• Base Salary: 920€ gross per month (14 months/year)
  
• Welcome Bonus: 1,000€ upfront
• Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
• Attendance Bonus: 45€ per month (for 11 months)
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for growth

What You Will Do

• Review e-commerce platform content to maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance.
  
• Make fast, rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
  
• Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
  
• Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluency in both Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
  
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon (on-site position; no relocation package provided).
  
• Availability: Full-time flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotating days off).
  
• Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability to evolving platform policies, and attention to detail.
